Board Overview

Our Board comprises 8 Directors (including 2 women directors), of whom 4 are Executive Directors and 4 are Independent Directors (including 1 Woman Independent Director).

1. Siddharth Gunvant Shah

Chairman & Managing Director | Promoter

Siddharth Gunvant Shah is the Chairman and Managing Director of SS Retail and has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. With over 23 years of experience in the mobile phone retail industry, he provides overall growth and operations of our Company.

He oversees retail operations management, business development and alliances, financial management, branding and marketing, governance and compliance, and team leadership.

2. Harshal Kishor Parekh

Whole-time Director | Promoter

Harshal Parekh has been on the Board since the Company’s incorporation and has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry. He is responsible for technology leadership, corporate governance and compliance, legal and secretarial affairs, and strategic and cross-functional collaboration.

3. Deepa Siddharth Shah

Whole-time Director | Promoter

Deepa Siddharth Shah is a Whole-time Director and has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. She holds a degree in Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery and is a registered homeopathic practitioner.

With over 15 years of retail experience, she leads marketing and media, training and capability development, service operations, supply chain management, internal audit and compliance.

4. Sagar Patil

Whole-time Director

Sagar Patil has more than 15 years of experience across retail, media and entertainment industry. He holds a post graduate diploma in management sciences and has previously worked with Reliance Entertainment Studios Private Limited and I-Kingdom Retail LLP (earlier known as I-Kingdom Retail private Limited).

At SS Retail, he is responsible for channel partner development, strategic planning and business growth, sales and performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

5. Ajay Sharma

Independent Director

Ajay Sharma has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and an master’s degree in business administration.

He was previously associated with Usha Intercontinental, HTC Corporation, Micromax Informatics Limited, Obi Mobile Private Limited and Jaina Mobile India Private Limited.

6. Asit Chimanlal Mehta

Independent Director

Asit Chimanlal Mehta has more than 34 years of experience in the financial services sector. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, holds a postgraduate diploma in securities law, and has completed programs from IIM Ahmedabad and The Drucker Institute, Claremont Graduate University.

He is associated with the Asit C Mehta Advisors Limited, Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited and Asit C Mehta Financial Services Limited.
