By accessing or using our mobile finance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide valid ID proof, address proof, and income documents.
• Submit accurate, current, and complete information during application.

2. Loan Approval & Disbursement

• Loan approval is subject to eligibility checks and internal company policies.
• S.S. Mobile reserves the right to approve or reject any loan application without prior notice.
• Approved amounts will be disbursed to the customer or the associated dealer, as applicable.

3. Repayment Policy

• All repayments must be made as per the EMI schedule agreed upon at the time of loan approval.
• Late or missed payments may attract penalties, additional interest, or other recovery charges.
• Continuous default may result in blocking, repossession, or legal action as per applicable laws.

4. Device Ownership

• Devices financed through S.S. Mobile remain under conditional ownership until all payments are cleared.
• In case of non-payment, S.S. Mobile reserves the right to remotely restrict, lock, or recover the financed device.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.
• You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity conducted through it.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal and financial data are collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
• S.S. Mobile ensures your data is used only for verification, finance processing, and service improvement purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• S.S. Mobile shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• S.S. Mobile shall not be liable for any data loss, delay, or technical issues not caused by our direct fault.

8. Modifications to Terms

• S.S. Mobile may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination of Service

• We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate any Terms mentioned here, or misuse financial facilities or provide false documentation.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
