Chairman and Managing DirectorSiddharth Gunvant Shah, aged 41 years, is the Chairman, Managing Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has passed the higher secondary school examination held by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune in February 2002. He was appointed as Director of our Company on June 14, 2016. He has been on the Board of our Company since its incorporation and oversees strategic leadership, retail operations management, business development and alliances, financial management, team leadership and development, branding and marketing, as well as governance and compliance relating to the overall growth and operations of our Company. He has more than 23 years of experience in mobile phone retail industry.
Harshal Kishor Parekh
Whole-time DirectorHarshal Kishor Parekh, aged 43 years, is one of the Whole-time Directors and one of the Promoters of our Company. He attended Shivaji University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has been on the Board of our Company since its incorporation is responsible for technology leadership, corporate governance and compliance, legal and secretarial affairs, as well as strategic and cross-functional collaboration within the Company. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail industry.
Deepa Siddharth Shah
Whole-time DirectorDeepa Siddharth Shah, aged 40 years, is one of the Whole-time Directors and one of the Promoters of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in homeopathic medicine & surgery from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. She is registered as homeopathic practitioner and holds a certificate of registration from Maharashtra Council of Homeopathy, Mumbai. She has been on the Board of our Company since its incorporation and is responsible for marketing and media, training and capability development, service operations, supply chain management, internal audit and compliance, as well as strategic and cross-functional leadership. Sh e has more than 15 years of experience in retail industry.
Sagar Patil
Whole-time DirectorSagar Patil, aged 41 years, is one of the Whole-time Directors of our Company. He attended Shivaji University, Kolhapur to pursue a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He holds a post graduate diploma in management sciences from P.D. Hinduja Trust’s Institute of Management Studies. He leads channel partner development and management, strategic planning and business growth, sales and performance optimization, governance and compliance, as well as leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Reliance Entertainment Studios Private Limited and I-Kingdom Retail LLP (earlier known as I-Kingdom Retail Private Limited). He has more than 15 years of experience in retail, media and entertainment industry.
Abhishek Ashok Adke
Independent DirectorAbhishek Ashok Adke, aged 40 years, is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai. He was previously associated with Legasis Partners, Advocates and Solicitors. Since 2017, he has been practicing law through his firm under the name and style ‘Abhishek Adke’. He has been registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa for more than 17 years.
Asit Chimanlal Mehta
Independent DirectorAsit Chimanlal Mehta, aged 66 years, is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay. He has also completed the Drucker Curriculum Plan “14-Module Drucker Curriculum” from The Drucker Institute, Claremont Graduate University. He also holds a postgraduate diploma course in securities law from Government Law College, Mumbai.
